Looking for an apartment in the Davis Square area for 9/1 or thereabouts

Hi! I'm looking for an apartment really anywhere along MA-2, but ideally in the Davis Square area. 1+ bedrooms, $1300 or less with no utils included.

Here's a link to my Craigslist ad. I'd be perfectly willing to share housing with someone, and in fact have been looking with another single mom and kid of similar means, so if you know of a 3+ bedroom place that's under $2500, that would be an awesome tip.

I'd love to live in a kid-friendly co-op, though we would need 2 rooms to be open, but let me know if you know about anything like that.
