Hello,

I live in a 3-family condo and our association met last week to discuss future projects.  I am looking for a few recommendations re: the following:

1) Someone to rebuild the rear entry to our basement (a stairwell with an attached shed style bulkhead over it).  It needs a new roof, door, stairs, etc.

2) Snow removal service for this winter.  Our service kinda sucked last year (e.g. didn't come as promised, showed up days late).  It would be nice to have someone who is
    reliable.

I recently had a bulkhead replacement done, and while I was not completely blown away (I wouldn't say anyone went above and beyond requirements), it's perfectly fine and comes with a solid warranty on the work. Compared to the other half dozen recalcitrant and incompetent contractors I've been wrangling lately, that's miraculously good.

I believe they do the sort of work you're after.
