Chimney Repair

The top of our chimney is crumbling and needs to be remortared. Any positive or negative recomendations?

Also, I think we need a metal liner, again looking for recomdations.

We really liked Gerry http://www.4seasonschimney.com/ It has been 10 yrs since we had work done, but I think they rebuilt the chimney above the roof line, and inspected the rest with a camera to discover that we did not need the liner we were expecting to need to install. Honest guy, and really seemed to know what he was doing.
