same day glasses?

davis_squareHey, I broke my glasses frames yesterday, and am though my husband was able to repair them with superglue, I'm not confident in how long they will hold up.
I seem to recall that LensCrafters can make glasses on the same day you visit them (though I could be wrong), and am wondering a) if anybody can confirm this, and b) whether there are any local eyeglass places that provide the same service.
