ETA: new home found !
Once-upon-a-million-years-ago, give or take 10, we did some renovation work in an old mansion in Newton that involved removing a very handsome built-in oak panel foyer bench. A couple of meatheads started the job and were a little less graceful than would've been ideal, but we got there in time to do a decent salvage op. Brought the pieces back to the warehouse, buried them in a corner, forgot about them. Just found them again. We don't have any work in the pipeline that might benefit from having an antique built-in oak panel foyer bench installed and we'd like to use the space for other things. Anybody want this thing ? Located in Magoun Sq, delivery available.
61" wide, 43" tall, 50" deep
The seat was damaged by the meatheads and will need to be replaced, but we salvaged the inset storage door (on the ground). A rectangular hole was cut in the center bottom panel at some point to accommodate a hot air register.
