I'm leaving the east coast, and need someone to take over my lease for Feb 1st...

WE ARE HOLDING OPEN HOUSES ON Sunday 1/19 & 1/26 11am- 1pm

A room is available 2/1/03 in a 3 bedroom, first floor apartment in a 3 family home. the house is located just off Broadway, between Ball Sq and Powderhouse Circle, near Tufts Un. It is near many different restaurants, CVS, laundry right next door, ten min walk from Davis Sq, right on bus Routes. There is NO living room, but sitting area in spacious kitchen. No Pets, on street permit parking.

You roommates are 2 professional 20-something females, non-smokers, openminded, laid-back, one works day shift and one second shift. We are looking for a twenty-something female, non-smokers, laid-back, open-minded, willing to share household chores, respectful, responsible.

Rent is 433.33 plus utilities, first and last, no security deposit.
