Vanguard attracts Firetrucks?

Yesterday (Saturday) I saw firetrucks lined up outside the Harvard Vangaurd twice. The first time (mid-day) the building had clearly been evacuated and people were standing around. Second time, around 10pm, the firemen were standing out side while an alarm went on inside. They appeared to be waiting for someone to let them in...

Any ideas what's up?
