Parks / Playgrounds?

Another warm night tonight and I feel a strange craving to go play on some swings. Does anyone know of any parks/playgrounds in the Davis or Porter Sq area that don't close at dusk and have a swing set?

There's one on Holland as you head towards Broadway, on the right. I saw some grownups swinging there the other night :)

I second the one on Holland. There's also one near Dali further down Washington St by 2-3 blocks (towards Union) where I used to live (and swing at night). And there's one off of the bike trail from Davis.

There are always people on the swings on Highland (across from Brooks, behind the basketball court) at night, I've never seen any get yelled at.

This one's right outside my apartment. It's often filled with middle/high schoolers at night hanging/making out.

If I had a dollar for everytime I've been asked to buy someone alcohol there...

I've played on the swings at the playground on Tufts campus before at night -- on Powderhouse, near the Latin Way suites if you know where those are. This was after the bars closed. No one really cared that we were there.

It's a nice swingset and generally a nice playground...
