davis_squareI have a 2BR 2Bath 2 parking spots deleaded 1100 sq ft freestanding house for rent on a temporary basis available Jan 1st for 1-4, maybe 5 months max.
If you are looking for or know someone who is looking for temporary housing while they move away form or move to the area, or for some other reason wants something temporary, please PM me or respond via craigslist below. It can be hard to find anything other than a 1 year lease. I'm going to be building an addition on it, and I'm looking for temporary tenants to rent it until the weather warms up.
It is in East Somerville near Twin City Plaza/Union Square, not Davis Square, but thought it might be relevant to some people who read here.
