davis_squareThe Post Meridian Radio Players, frequently of Davis Square, are putting on a show in the distant land of Arlington! Come see the Big Broadcast of 1962 (A Byfar Christmas Carol), at the Regent Theatre in Arlington Center. Shows Thursday night (tonight), Friday night, and Saturday night at 8pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2pm.
The Big Broadcast series is an homage to the golden age of radio, with actors playing old time radio actors, running around frantically, having technical problems, and wrangling guests. It's fun and funny, and I'm looking forward to another wonderful show in the tradition of the Big Broadcast of 1938 (The War of the Worlds) at the Somerville Theatre in 2009.
