I've had good luck with Cooling Unlimited http://www.coolingunlimited.com/ for my heating, and a friend of mine used them for his central AC install. Nice folks, very professional.

I'll second Cooling Unlimited. They were a bit expensive, but the quality of work was fantastic. (They installed a whole-house central air and heat pump system).

Sila heating and cooling - http://www.sila-air.com/ - I've had bad experiences with 3 other heating companies, but settled on Sila after buying an Angie's List subscription to install a new furnace. I've been completely satisfied with their customer service ever since; not only do they actually respond to calls in a timely manner, but they call you to check in a few weeks after installation! Incredibly courteous and professional. Also, I find that they keep a prominently displayed clipboard with a service history for your system right next to your heater (I'm assuming they do this for A/C, as well) a comforting sign of straightforward honesty.
