davis_squareDuy Tran posted to Facebook that DooWee & Rice will be temporarily re-opening in their old space in Powderhouse at an unspecified point in the very near future, for "probably less than a month". It sounds like his new restaurant space at Wonder Bar is undergoing renovations, so he's re-opening to let people use their Groupon vouchers. The info he posted:
-Wednesdays-Fridays
-3pm - 9pm (could change)
-Dine in and take out only, no deliveries.
-Familiar menu and a few new items.

Date: 2014-02-17 02:04 pm (UTC)I haven't had my own steak and rice dish since we closed in November..totally excited for it again next Wednesday the 19th!
Special Baos for next week:
-Fried calamari baos with ginger aioli, pickled Habanero slices, and shaved parmesan
-Chicken katsu baos with spicy curry sauce, fried egg (stoked about these!!!!)
-Vegetarian herb butter sauteed Mushrooms..sesame sake oyster sauce reduction.
Again our pop up starts next Wed the 19th and will run from:
WED-FRI
3pm-9pm (most likely later).
He's also said that they're bringing back the rice dishes and the "heart-y fries".
