gutter repair

My roof gutter is dripping like crazy and the nearby waterspout covered in ice and frozen solid. Can anyone recommend someone to look at this?  Thanks!

Ironic as I was going to start a post for just this subject; but possibly a recommendation other than american gutter as I do not need my gutters cleaned. I need either repair work done or a new gutter installed in a section in the back and I know other than labor/installation the materials are not enormous. I have used this site in the past for cost reference http://www.homewyse.com/

I use JLM Gutter for both cleaning and repair. Solid and dependable.
