Being generally unfamiliar with the commercial licensing minutes in Somerville, does "Non-Renewal of a Common Victualer License" mean an establishment is planning on shutting down?

I don't know if this means they are closing, having their food license revoked, or just surrendering their license because they aren't operating as an actual restaurant. I'm hoping ext_1771774, who attended the meeting, can tell us more.

Hi Everyone,

Their license expired (despite phone calls and emails) and, after the 3 month mark, they were called before the Licensing Commission. Everything was cleared up at the City Clerk's Office this morning.
