Community Garden question

davis_squarePossibly a random question, but who is in charge of administering the community gardens in Somerville (like the one on the Minute Man path near Davis Square)?
I ask because my sister works for the Chamber of Commerce in my hometown in Pennsylvania, and someone has approached her about starting a community garden there. She was hoping to find someone that she can email to ask some questions about running of such a thing (how is insurance handled, etc.), and I said I would try to help her track down the right contact here.
Any help directing me to the right person(s) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
