Housemate Wanted (Dec/Jan)

Mean People is a 4-bedroom apartment in Davis Square (Paulina St.)
with a space available starting Dec 2005/Jan 2006 until Sept 1 2006.
The space will include one bedroom, 3 housemates, and use of communal
space and goods. The bedroom is either a 10x10 room for $575 or a
13x14 room for $675. The housemates are 2 recent grads and 1 grad
student (2 women, 1 man). The communal goods include laundry,
dishwasher, cooking and cleaning supplies.

We care about keeping our apartment neat and clean, especially the
kitchen (we cook regularly). We keep a regular chore schedule. We are
individually pretty busy, but often hang around together in the living
room after work, chatting, watching tv or movies, playing video games,
reading, crafting, and so on. We don't smoke and like low-key
socializing events. Only pets in tanks/cages are allowed. No wild
parties or smokers, please.

Utilities and such run about $80/month, except in the winter, when it
can go over $100/month. We currently have wired and wireless internet
(cable modem), basic cable, and basic phone service.
