Patrick Administration Announced Today (4/30) that MassDOT/MBTA will Build (and not just design) the Community Path Along Green Line Extension Project!

This makes no sense. What was completed in 2011? It certainly wasn't the stretch of path from Davis Square to Cedar Street...

Ah, the "improvements" made to the path in 2011 are considered the extension.
