Carnival in Medford Today and Tomorrow (May 31-June 1)

This is a PSA that there's a carnival in Medford that apparently started Thursday and goes until Sunday.  You can print a $5 off coupon at http://www.fiestashows.com/events/events.asp (scroll until you see the Medford carnival).

I know no more of this event, have not attended it, and and only know about it because I drove through Medford Square going home last night and saw it.  It's in the City Hall parking lot.

It's actually a pretty decent deal if you have toddlers--it's $1.50 to get in, but free for under 3, and there's a petting zoo with sheep, goats, a cow, and a llama. The rides cost extra, but you're not going to ride the tilt-a-whirl with a toddler, right?

(I don't know how much the ride tickets are, since we didn't look. Usual caveat about carnival games applies.)

Thanks, I just got back from this (though we did not use the coupon). I recall that Medford used to have this every year, but stopped a few years ago because of drunken rowdiness?
