Car accident on Somerville Ave just across from the skating rink

Anyone know what happened? It was just after lunchtime, around 1:30 or so.

I was almost hit in this. I was a few feet away walking. A woman turned to the right and went up over the curb took out the fire hydrant and hit the gate! Everybody was fine. She was a little shook up but okay.
