What's with all the choppers over City Hall?

Are they literally circling around Somerville City Hall, or could they actually be news helicopters looking over the Wynn Everett casino site (only 2 miles away)?

Not actually circling City Hall, but closer to City Hall than Everett, to my eyes from Pearl St. It can be hard to tell, but there seems to be too much activity for just the Wynn deal.
