Is it ok if people come for the first time to those services? Are kids allowed in the main services?

Yes, complete newcomers are very welcome. The main services aren't aimed at kids, but some kids go in and out according to their attention span. If you have little kids who want to stay with you through the whole service, I expect people will just smile at them.

To echo adrian_turtle: Yes, newcomers are very much welcome, and so are kids. Kids tend to participate in the main services according to their own interest levels, and some do just want to sit with their parent rather than be upstairs in the child care room/kids' service, or to go between the two a bit.
