Does anyone know what happened to Dragon Garden and what is going in at that location? Any updates on the Korean restaurant?

When did Dragon Garden close?

The Korean restaurant Bibim opens November 1, according to this Facebook status update that they posted on August 28.

derspatchel and I walked by them today and there was brown paper in all the windows and a perceptible lack of interior lighting and activity.

Additionally, the tables and chairs are all gone from the closed Pinkberry unless they were all pushed against the back wall for floor cleaning or something.

Does that building have any active commercial tenants now?

I may be wrong, but I think that Dellaria Salon shares a building with Pinkberry, while the building next door has the former Dragon Garden, the former Eleni of New York, and Diesel. There's also office space upstairs from Dragon Garden that I think is still occupied.

I can't think that it's a coincidence that Eleni's and Dragon Garden both closed within a month or so of each other.

Upstairs from Diesel, etc is also Davis Square Healing Arts (formerly the Amethyst Center)... we were recently renovated and are holding an open house/grand reopening on Nov 15. (We've been open in the meantime, this is just to welcome folks to our new space.) We have massage, chiropractic, acupuncture/Chinese herbal medicine, holistic skincare and naturopathy.

Pinkberry is closed until at least next spring, and maybe forever.

The paper wasn't yet up, but it seemed that they were shut and hauling stuff out on Thursday afternoon.
