Looking to sublet a 1 br in Union Square for $1650

Looking for someone to sublet a 1br in Union Square for $1650. It's on the second floor, includes heat and hot water, and laundry is in the building. There's a large eat in kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and a dishwasher. The living room is large and gets a lot of natural light. The bedroom has two closets and a built in cubby. I've lived here for 4 years, and it's been pretty awesome to walk to Market Basket.

Our landlord will need first month's rent and a deposit. Also, the landlord would require a credit check. This is for May (date negotiable. We are thinking we will be out on the 2nd) for a year lease.

I can post pictures once I get the motivation to put away my laundry...
