1. SEEKING: My landlord sold our house, so my roommate and I are looking to find a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment in the Davis/Teele/Ball/Medford-line area for September 1st. If anyone is or knows a great landlord looking for tenants that are in their 30's, responsible, working professionals (web designer and science teacher) are porchfest folk singers (but enjoy quiet hours), and come with great references, please send me a note! $800-$900 range per person before utilities is our hope (dream big...).

2. OFFER: And since we're moving, I'm finding lots of random stuff to sell/freecycle. Please see craigslist posts for details. Discounts for live-journal members and/or if you take more than one thing.
