Found black kitten

I found an adorable black kitten, probably no more than 8 weeks old, outside 10 Roberts Street near Trum field. He was meowing pathetically and shivering rather a lot, so I brought him home with me. We stopped by the vet, and he has no microchip. Is somebody missing him?
