MassDOT Meeting on Lowell Street and Gilman Square Stations - Postponed

A meeting on the Lowell Street and Gilman Square stations (originally scheduled for this Thursday) has been postponed to Tuesday June 16th from 6 - 8pm in the Armory (191 Highland Avenue). Mark your calendars accordingly.

I'm sorry, but I don't know why it was postponed and the (MassDOT) email that I received did not give an explanation.

I received an email this morning stating that the MassDOT team wanted more time to integrate measures to improve pedestrian safety concerns on Lowell Street into their presentation. This is no surprise to me as they stated at the Lowell Street meeting (May 11th) that they would vet these issues out and come with a design.
