I'm in the middle of moving to College Ave. I need some suggestions or assistance.

My place is on the top floor of a three story building. I have very heavy piece of artwork. currently sitting on the porch, that has to come upstairs. It is basically one long three story flight. It's not that big, around a foot square, but it is made out of concrete. I'd love to get it upstairs but I am not strong enough.

I can offer $10 and extreme gratitude to anyone (or two) that can get it upstairs.
