EDIT: I appear to have a taker! Leaving this up in case something goes wrong, but someone has expressed interest.

It was a real splurge, but my tax refund covered it. However, I've since lost my apartment and need to move pronto, so I'm selling them at cost to cover moving expenses. Here's the Craigslist listing.

Yes, I tried putting them on ebay, but ebay isn't working properly at the moment and they don't seem inclined to fix it (the "vanishing amounts" bug).

For those concerned, this is not landlord vs. tenant, it's some unknown (probably an unscrupulous realtor) screwing over both landlord and tenant, and the landlord and I are working together to get me out of here in one piece. I found a lovely little place in Waltham, but I'm really going to miss you guys.

Fwiw I'm an ex Davis sq-Er living in Waltham too. Watch City has a lot going for it, though I am sorry you're moving here in less than ideal circumstances :(

Oh, Waltham's lovely! I like it a lot. I'll really miss being a part of an awesome place like Somerville, but there's just no place here for a wage-earner/moonlighter/business owner like me any more. If you aren't pulling six figures or disabled, it's pile in with housemates, squeeze into a mousehole, or leave town, so I picked door number three.
