Diva Labor?

Does anyone know whether there has been any resolution to the labor issues at Diva?
It's been a couple years since I've seen picketing or petitioning, but I never heard an "all clear" either.

The workers at Diva and other One World Cuisine owned restaurants who were fighting wage theft with support from Centro Presente settled their cases.

Thanks! Do you have any more detail than "settled their cases?" that can mean a huge range of things.

I'm hoping it's a good settling!

According to my source, money was given to the employees. He doesn't know the exact details and wanted to point out that confidentiality is usually a part of wage-dispute cases.
