Looking for short-term space rental for October

I'm looking to rent a garage, self-storage space, warehouse, basement, gym in poor condition, or something along those lines to use as event space in late October. It's for an indie theater production, not a rave or anything. 500+ square feet desired, 300+ sq ft ok. Needs to have heat and electricity, and preferably access to a bathroom, and ideally within 1.5 miles of the T (Davis area would be great, but it doesn't have to be). Does anyone want to rent me their space? Anyone know anyone? Thanks in advance!

You can also try Unity Somerville (http://www.unitysomerville.org/rentalspace.html), which is located off of College Ave. They're very supportive of local community and theater groups.

Thanks, all! Apparently, great minds think alike, because I've already looked into Unity, RG, and the VFW. The latter two are already booked for the weekends my group is interested in, and I'm waiting to hear back from Unity (and now, thank's to Ron's suggestion, I'm also hoping to hear back from Sprout.).

I've rented the CHPC sanctuary for choir rehearsals, but they have a basement space they've used for community events.

The church is on Powderhouse Boulevard, about a 7 minute walk from the Curtis St/Broadway bus stop.

Were you thinking private or public?

I'd love to hear more about your project. I'm part of a living-room musical theater troupe that performs out of private homes in Somerville (we did three performances of Sweeney Todd (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjlZ-jck0bI&feature=youtu.be) over in Porter last weekend!), so I could theoretically hook you up with some amenably theatrical living rooms if the project suited. And at any rate it would be nice to touch base with another tiny-space theater producer.

The yoga studio at the Armory is currently without a permanent tenant, so it might be available. No idea if it's big enough, though. (Note: I'm not affiliated with the Armory in any way, so I can't give you any more info or help than that.)
