Looking for late-October sublet

My wife and I will be between homes from 10/24 for about 3 months. We're looking for a short-term sublet in the area to help us out. Parking and dog-friendly a plus but not absolutely required. Looking to keep it under $2,500/month. Anyone got a line on late-October-ish housing?

We have a spacious third floor suite in West Medford that we rent out on Air B&B. Nov-Dec-Jan are very slow months for us. If we all get along, we could cut you a good deal on it (much less than $2500). We are not really dog people, and have two cats, but maybe if your dog were exceptionally well behaved?
