Seeking proposals from web developers who know MySQL and PHP...

I maintain a website that pulls information from static html files. I've migrated to a new web hosting provider that supports MySQL and PHP. I'm seeking proposals from affordable web developers in the area to:
* create a MySQL database that should contain displayed, hidden, and future fields;
* convert existing html data to database entries;
* build PHP scripts that allow display of data;
* build PHP scripts that allow users to add/delete/modify data; and
* build a search function that allows users to search through data.
