davis_squareBoston Eater reports that a Japanese restaurant called Sugidama has been proposed and given conditional approval by the licensing commission. It'd be located at 260 Elm St. (the pedestrian arcade containing Starbucks, Boston Tattoo Co., Davis Square Family Practice, etc.)
