Maybe! beowabbit loathes both cilantro and tomatoes, so our Mexican restaurant visits are rather limited. I still haven't been to Painted Burro. But we'll see!

Their tortas are great. Whenever their food truck is around, I love getting those. It'll be awesome to be able to do that without having to hit the right schedule.

They will be opening at 11 am Thursday, according to whoever is representing them on Facebook. Regular hours will be Sun-Wed 11am-10pm; Thurs-Sat 11am-11pm.

There's plenty of food at Painted Burro that doesn't involve either cilantro or tomatoes, and I doubt either is involved in the tortas at Tenoch (unless you ask). Even on food that has either as a garnish, it's easily left off.
