What happened to 'Something GUD' at Aeronaut?

The last time I walked by Something GUD's space at Aeronaut Brewery, it was empty and appeared to be disused. Did they move somewhere else? If not, what happened to them?

They shut down (at least the delivery service) in late June, saying an employee had filed a lawsuit and while Something Gud believed it was without merit, they weren't sure where/if they'd get the money to fight it.

At the time of the email, they were still hoping they'd find a way to resume service, but I haven't heard anything from or about them since.

Thanks. So, not related to whatever permitting issue Aeronaut had that for a while forced them to rope off certain seating areas?

Any idea what the lawsuit was about?

The email just said an employee they fired was filing a suit against them. I looked for more details around that time, but didn't see anything obvious.

Thanks! I found nothing on their website, Facebook page, or Twitter page, and I must have failed at Googling.

They had internal company direction & ownership issues amongst factions of founders/employees/investors, plus cashflow problems over the summer and had to halt operations because of all these. Were hoping to restart but weren't able to in the same space. I've heard it's still somewhat of a possibility in a different location.
