Mediterranean Grill

pir and I were walking past the Rosebud and noticed the big new sign, a menu, and a lighted opening in that little brick building that seems attached to behind the Rosebud car. We were wondering if this Mediterranean Grill (is that right?) is affiliated at all with Rosebud, given the proximity, as well as the fact that the new sign replaces the old, big, rosebud one. has anyone eaten here or know anything about it? what's the history of that brick attachment? I never really noticed or paid attention to it before.
Just curious.
