Mem Tea is now open for business in the former Stellabella Toys location on Elm St. next to Harvard Square Eye and Diaper Lab.

My understanding is that they sell only packaged dry tea, not tea to drink.

You are correct. I went there to meet a friend for a cup of tea and found that out, oh well.
It's a nice place though.

Well, sure -- but their packaged tea is quite good. (I'm especially fond of a couple of their offbeat chai varieties...)

Glad to hear MEM Tea has a presence in Somerville again. I used to buy my (bulk) tea from them when they were on Highland Ave., and missed them when they moved to Watertown a few years back.
