At 9:40am there was the smell of burning and no firefighters on the scene.

Firefighters were gone by 10:15am.
Wait, let me correct myself:

By 10:15am Holland was no longer blocked by a collection of fire trucks. I cannot say whether some remained, so it's possible firefighters were still dealing with things.
