Ideal Engine Closing

Just got an email that Ideal Engine (between Day and Dover) will be closing for good as of Dec 11th. They been a family run business in the square for 55 years. Sorry to see them leaving.

Any idea if it will be replaced with anything? I have family that live nearby, so I'm curious. I have to say this comes as a surprise to me. Wow.

I'm predicting they are selling to a developer (or developing themselves) for a zillion dollars and will retire in style.

They used to own a big garage on Day Street as well, next door to Sacco's/Flatbread. That got turned into offices.
