Hey, folks,

So, one of my car headlights is busted. Anyone know the best local place to go and get it fixed, quick?

What the other poster said, it's just about like changing a lightbulb in a desk lamp or something.

It's not hard at all, and will be 50 times cheaper. You'll probably even be able to get one of the autozone guys to tell you how to install it (if not do it for you)

Depends on the car. F'rex, I've been told that on the VW New Beetle you need to disassemble half the front fender to get at the headlamp bulb.

You can often get a busted headlight to work for a while again by turning on the lights and giving it a couple good thumps with your fist.

If the bulb filament is loose, this jostles it around enough to potentially make contact again and fuse into place.
