Weekly Kripalu Yoga
Mondays, 6:30 to 7:45 pm,
Four week series: Oct. 24 – Nov. 14
$12 Drop-in or $40 for the series
At the College Avenue United Methodist Church (corner of Chapel St. and College Ave.)
Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or have some familiarity with the practice, set aside this time each week for you. The physical practice of Kripalu Yoga strengthens and increases flexibility of the body. Furthermore, by coordinating conscious breathing with movement and still postures, we encourage both the body and mind to open and relax. Tension is released as we cultivate mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion both on the mat and in our lives.
If you have questions or would like to sign up for the series, please contact Kristie by email at kristie@stillnessfound.com or phone at 617-875-1286.
