Anyone have local ghost stories?

Hey neighbors! I'm in an R&D phase of a podcast I'm working on and am currently collecting stories of people's odd experiences with "ghosts". I approach this topic with a healthy amount of skepticism, but find it fascinating that many people have had unexplained encounters!

If you think you may have had a run-in with a ghosts around town, I would love to hear about it. Feel free to PM me.

Example of a local legend : around the Powder House tower there have been reports of mysterious blue lights and what sounds like a man yelling for his daughter to stop necking with a neighboring farmer (but I've never spoken to anyone who has experienced this personally, just rumors I've seen online).

I'm one of the docents for the Powder House tours. We've had a lot of people show up to see the inside, and both weeks that I was stationed there I heard people tell me the ghost legend that they read somewhere on the internet. I attempted to stay professionally neutral on this story, of course, but it was amusing.

If you want to come by the Powder House it will be open on 8/26 from 10am-12pm and you could describe it for your listeners.

Also, I think there's another ghost story associated with the Milk Row cemetery. You should look for one of those opening days and the docents might be able to tell you about that one. I don't know it.

That is fantastic! I'm not sure I can make it tomorrow to Milk Street but I see they have another date in September I can make. Also, thanks for the info on powder house. I will come check it out! Appreciate the info!
