housemates and/or apartment wanted

Our family (2 geeky granola adults and one 2-year-old) are looking for a place to live and people to live with. At this stage, will consider existing group houses or co-ops with two rooms open, taking over empty apartments (prefer 3-4 bedrooms so we can have housemates but would consider 2-bedroom), or just finding the right people to look with.
