What happens to this stuff if no one claims it? I'm not actively looking for a turntable or cassette player, but would hate to see them get junked.

I'll probably put them on the sidewalk and post to Freecycle and Next Door, and then if nobody picks them up by trash day I will get a trash sticker for them. But I don't want to make this your problem, if you don't want them! It's not like it's a quality system, or anything.

I suggest posting on Freecycle sooner rather than later. I had a heck of a time finding a free tape recorder recently (and ended up buying one new, which is evidently a thing you can still do), so it wouldn't surprise me if there are takers. And lots of people like turntables these days.

It'd be great if you could send me a note before you actually put them out on the curb so I can make my final decision.

Oh, and I'd like Scrabble!

I can take the Playmobil to the Medford Family Network if it is not otherwise claimed, and also deliver any other claimed items to a central Davis Square location. If I end up making the trip on behalf of others, I would like the junior Apples to Apples.

As a grown-ass adult without access to kids or *that much* space for random toys, I have no need for the Playmobile pirate ship. I desperately want it regardless. (and am willing to take all the Playmobile off your hands --my family has always been big into it).

That being said, if there's an actual kid willing to chime in (or their parental proxy), I am more than happy to let them have first dibs.

You can have the junior apples to apples no matter what! One game that fits in my backpack, I can get to Davis or somewhere else we can meet.

I'd be interested in having Scrabble delivered closer to Davis Square if delivery ends up being in the cards.

There is also an open question about whether I will want to rescue some of the electronics, so it'd be great if you could check in before you make your run so I can figure out whether I'm interested or not.
