Thank goodness, what Davis really needs is someplace to get tacos and burritos. Now if only someone would open a coffee shop! Or an ice cream and froyo place!
Well, it was lovely while it lasted. I did notice how empty it was at times.
Thank you for the recipe offer! I don't think I'll need it; I don't think the wraps I got used those. (I almost always got the curried vegetables.) I did overhear someone asking for a recipe when I visited on the last day. :-)

5 lbs peanut butter
5 cans coconut milk
1 1/4 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup minced fresh ginger
2 cups brown sugar (yes, I know)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup crushed red pepper
1 1/2 cups lime juice
Mix with beater in large bowl until smooth.
Garlic aioli:
1 gallon mayo
3 cups minced garlic
2 cups lemon juice
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
6 cups canola oil
Mix with beater in large bowl until smooth.
