Agree. I understand the issues all over the country with over-population. But, greed also comes to my mind.

Y'know, the fact that a developer might make a profit off of putting in thousands of hours of work and creating hundreds of jobs.

Unlike historical Somerville homeowners who have made billions by doing nothing other than having bought at the right time, and want to keep prices up by blocking new development. That's not greedy at all...

Eater reports that the Burren has reached a deal with the developers. It sounds like the Sligo has been less lucky, and it's unclear what will happen to the other businesses.
