JonMon loses to me again, this time in US Circuit Court of Appeals

The First Circuit of the US Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the US District Court, dismissing Jonathan Monsarrat's second lawsuit against me for copying Davis Square LiveJournal content to Dreamwidth.
