Looking for recommendations (or warnings) for mold remediation services so that my kiddo can use his new room. Thanks in advance!

We had a group from ServPro out to help deal with our sprinkler pipe burst, and they were responsive and professional. However, we were dealing with a group from Georgia who came up here after the arctic blast to deal with the volume, so I don't know if they're all like that.

no clue as to companies, but be cautious of anyone who claims they can stop mold with sprays or paint. Mold remediation means stopping the leaks/condensation that caused the mold and replacing any porous materials including drywall and carpeting that have gotten moldy.

AdvantaClean did a great job with our bathroom including removing and replacing walls as well as installing a new ceiling light with a fan in it to keep the problem from happening again.
