jeweler's wire?

Does anyone know of a local place that sells 28-guage jeweler's wire?

I tried Michaels earlier today, and they had 26-guage wire, but the only 28-guage wire was in tiny spools of assorted colors. I just want plain silver-colored wire.

Ideas?

have you tried Playtime in Arlington? They have a ton of jewelry wire in the basement.
