Sorry for the apartment spam, but we just had someone bail on us and are getting down to the wire...

Apartment features two large living rooms, large kitchen, big bathroom, off-street driveway parking, and outdoor patio/porch. Location is amazing—in Davis Square—you could hit the Rosebud Diner with a rock (well, with a good arm). We're two professionals that still party on occasion, very laid-back and easy-going. Male or female welcome. No pets, unfortunately. Smoking on the porch only. Cable modem and house network already set up. Rent is $696 each, plus utils.
